We are pleased that you are visiting our website and thank you for your interest. The following information provides an overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified.

For detailed information on the subject of data protection, please refer to our data protection declaration listed below this text.

  1. Hosting and Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contractual data, contact data, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website. The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

The host of this site will only process your data insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment of its service obligations and will follow our instructions regarding this data.

We are using the following host: ALL-INKL.COM, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf und Bluehost – Endurance International Group, 10 Corporate Drive, Suite #300, Burlington, MA 01803

  1. General Information and Mandatory Information

2.1 Data Protection

KW-Commerce GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data is data by which you can be personally identified. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

2.2. Information on the Responsible Body

The responsible body for data processing on this website is:

KW-Commerce GmbH
Jägerstr. 41
10117 Berlin

Telephone: +49 (0) 30 / 233 224 650
Fax: +49 (0) 30 / 233 224 693
E-Mail: info@kw-commerce.de

The data controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses, etc.).

2.3. Storage Period

Unless a more specific storage period is stated within this data protection declaration, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing the data no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, the data will be deleted once these reasons no longer apply.

2.5. Information on Data Transfer to the USA

Among other things, tools from companies based in the USA are integrated on our website. If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to the US servers of the respective companies. We would like to point out that the USA is not a safe third country in the sense of EU data protection law. US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as a data subject being able to take legal action against this. It can therefore not be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. intelligence services) process, evaluate and permanently store your data located on US servers for monitoring purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.

2.6. Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your expressed consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to object to the collection fo data in specific cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)

If the data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) e) or f) DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this data protection declaration. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims (objection under Article 21(1) of the GDPR).

If your personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will subsequently no longer be used for the purpose of direct advertising (objection pursuant to Art. 21 (2) DSGVO).

2.6. Right of Appeal to the Competent Supervisory Authority

In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects shall have a right of appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged breach. The right of appeal is without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

2.7. Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another person responsible, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

2.8. SSL or TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

2.9. Information, Deletion and Correction

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose and for further questions on the subject of personal data.

2.10. Right to Restrict Processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. To do this, you can contact us at any time. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to check this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data happened/is happening unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of erasure.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or enforce legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
  • If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) DSGVO, a balancing of your interests and ours must be carried out. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, such data may – apart from being stored – only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

2.11. Objection to Advertising E-Mails

The use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested is hereby prohibited. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

  1. Data Collection on this Website

3.1. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the internet browser or by the internet browser on a user’s computer system. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your terminal device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them yourself or until they are automatically deleted by your web browser. When a user calls up a website, a cookie may be stored on the user’s operating system. This cookie contains a characteristic string of characters that enables the browser to be uniquely identified when the website is called up again. We use cookies for the purpose of making our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Furthermore, cookies enable our systems to recognise your browser even after a page change and to offer you services. Some functions of our website cannot be offered without the use of cookies. For these, it is necessary that the browser is recognised even after a page change. We also use cookies on our website for the purpose of analysing the surfing behaviour of our site visitors.

In some cases, cookies from third-party companies may also be stored on your terminal device when you enter our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain services of the third-party company (e.g. cookies for processing payment services).

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process (necessary cookies) or to provide certain functions that you have requested (functional cookies, e.g. for the shopping basket function) or to optimise the website (e.g. cookies to measure the web audience) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. If consent to the storage of cookies has been requested, the storage of the cookies in question is based exclusively on this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO); consent can be revoked at any time.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited. We also use cookies on our website for the purpose of analysing the surfing behaviour of our site visitors.

If cookies are used by third-party companies or for analysis purposes, we will inform you about this separately within the framework of this data protection declaration and, if necessary, request your consent.

3.2. Server Log Files

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Every time you access our website, usage data is transmitted by your internet browser and stored in log data (server log files). This stored data includes, for example, browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address. This data is used exclusively to ensure the trouble-free operation of our website and to improve our services. It is not possible to assign this data to a specific person. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.

3.3. Contact Form

When using the contact form, we collect your personal data (name, e-mail address, message text) only to the extent provided by you. The data processing serves the purpose of contacting you. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO) if this has been requested.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after processing your enquiry has been completed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

3.4. Customer Account and Ordering Process

When opening a customer account, we collect your personal data to the extent specified there. The data processing serves the purpose of improving your shopping experience and simplifying order processing. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.

When you place an order, we collect and use your personal data only insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment and processing of your order and for dealing with your enquiries. The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide the data means that no contract can be concluded. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO and is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract with you. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. The only exceptions to this are our service partners whom we need to process the contractual relationship or service providers whom we use in the context of order processing. In addition to the recipients named in the respective clauses of this data protection declaration, these are, for example, recipients of the following categories: Shipping service providers, payment service providers, merchandise management service providers, service providers for order processing, web hosts, IT service providers and drop shipping merchants. In all cases, we strictly observe the legal requirements. The scope of data transfer is limited to a minimum.

3.5. Request by Email, Telephone, Fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) if this has been requested.

The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

  1. Social Media

4.1. Social Media Plugins with Shariff

Plugins from social media are used on this website (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, XING, LinkedIn, Tumblr).

You can usually recognise the plugins by the respective social media logos. To ensure data protection on this website, we only use these plugins together with the so-called “Shariff” solution. This application prevents the plugins integrated on this website from transmitting data to the respective provider when you first enter the page.

Only when you activate the respective plugin by clicking the associated button, a direct connection to the provider’s server is established (consent). As soon as you activate the plugin, the respective provider receives the information that you have visited this website with your IP address. If you are logged into your respective social media account (e.g. Facebook) at the same time, the respective provider can assign the visit to this website to your user account.

Activating the plugin constitutes consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.

4.2. Instagram Plugin

Functions of the Instagram service are integrated on this website. These functions are offered by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

If you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the content of this website to your Instagram profile by clicking on the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to associate your visit to this website with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Instagram.

The storage and analysis of the data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in ensuring the greatest possible visibility in social media. Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time. Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.

4.3. Pinterest Plugin

On this website, we use social plugins from the social network Pinterest, which is operated by Pinterest Europe Ltd, Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.

When you call up a page that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Pinterest servers. The plugin transmits log data to the Pinterest server in the USA. This log data may contain your IP address, the address of the websites visited that also contain Pinterest functions, the type and settings of the browser, the date and time of the request, how you use Pinterest and cookies.

Further information on the purpose, scope and further processing and use of the data by Pinterest, as well as your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy, can be found in the Pinterest data protection information:

  1. Analysis Tool and Advertising

5.1. WordPress Statistics

This website uses “WordPress Statistics” to statistically analyse visitor access. The provider is Automattic Inc, 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110-4929, USA.

WordPress Statistics uses technologies that enable the recognition of the user for the purpose of analysing user behaviour (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). WordPress Statistics collects log files (referrer, IP address, browser, etc.), the origin of website visitors (country, city) and what actions they have performed on the site (e.g. clicks, views, downloads). The information collected in this way about the use of this website is stored on servers in the USA. Your IP address is anonymised after processing and before storage.

The use of this analysis tool is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.

5.2. Google Analytics

On our website, we use the web analytics service Google Analytics of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). The data processing serves the purpose of analysing this website and its visitors. To this end, Google will use the information obtained on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymisation is activated on this website. This means that your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Your data may be transferred to the USA. An adequacy decision of the European Commission is available for data transfers to the USA. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO from the legitimate interest in the demand-oriented and targeted design of the website. You have the right to object to this processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link [https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de)]. To prevent Google Analytics from collecting data across all devices, you can set an opt-out cookie. Opt-out cookies prevent the future collection of your data when visiting this website. You must opt-out on all systems and devices used for this to be fully effective. If you click here, the opt-out cookie will be set: Disable Google Analytics (javascript:gaOptout()).

For more information on terms of use and data protection, please visit https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html (https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html) or https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/ (https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/).

5.3. Google Ads

We use “Google Ads” on our website, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). Google Ads enables us to draw attention to our offers with the help of advertising media on external websites. This enables us to determine how successful individual advertising measures are. These advertisements are delivered by Google via so-called “AdServers”. We use so-called AdServer cookies for this purpose, through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as display of the ads or clicks by users, can be measured. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your PC. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days. They are not intended to identify you personally. The following information is usually stored as analysis values for this cookie: unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions), opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed). These cookies enable Google to recognise your web browser. A different cookie is assigned to each Ads customer. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across Ads customers’ websites. We ourselves do not collect or process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising tools; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google’s server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of Google Ads. If you have a user account with Google and are registered, Google can assign the visit to your user account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that Google will obtain and store your IP address.

We use Google Ads for marketing and optimisation purposes, in particular to serve relevant and interesting ads to you, to improve campaign performance reports and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs. This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by the third-party provider. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

You can prevent the installation of cookies by deleting existing cookies and deactivating the storage of cookies in the settings of your web browser. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of our website to their full extent. You can also prevent cookies from being stored by setting your web browser to block cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com”

Please note that this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies. In addition, you can deactivate interest-based advertisements via the link http://optout.aboutads.info. Please note that this setting will also be deleted when you delete your cookies.

You can find further information on the following Google web pages:

https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de and

https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html .

5.4. Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager. This allows website tags to be managed via one interface. The Google Tool Manager only implements tags. Thus, no cookies are used and no personal data is collected. The Google Tool Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags, insofar as these are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.

  1. Newsletter

6.1. Newsletter Data

We use your e-mail address, irrespective of the processing of the contract, exclusively for our own advertising purposes for sending newsletters, provided you have expressly consented to this. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. To do so, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the corresponding link in the newsletter or by notifying us. Your e-mail address will then be removed from the distribution list. The data you provide us with for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us or the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe from the newsletter or after the purpose has ceased to exist. We reserve the right to delete or block e-mail addresses from our newsletter distribution list at our own discretion within the scope of our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

6.2. MailChimp

This website uses the services of MailChimp for sending newsletters. The provider is The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA, 30308 USA.

MailChimp is a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organised and analysed. When you enter data for the purpose of receiving newsletters (e.g. email address), this data is stored on MailChimp’s servers in the USA. MailChimp has a certification according to the “EU-US Privacy Shield”. The “Privacy Shield” is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA, which is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the USA. With the help of MailChimp, we can analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent with MailChimp, a file contained in the email (so-called web-beacon) connects to MailChimp’s servers in the USA. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. In addition, technical information is recorded (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. It is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients. If you do not want any analysis by MailChimp, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. Furthermore, you can also unsubscribe directly on the website. The data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you provide for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of MailChimp after you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

  1. Plugins and Tools

7.1. YouTube

This website embeds videos from the website YouTube. The website is operated by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland..

When you visit one of our websites on which YouTube is integrated, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.

Furthermore, YouTube may store various cookies on your terminal device or use comparable technologies for recognition (e.g. device fingerprinting). In this way, YouTube can obtain information about visitors to this website. This information is used, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve the user experience and prevent fraud attempts.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

YouTube is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) of the German Data Protection Act (DSGVO). Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.

For more information on the handling of user data, please refer to YouTube’s privacy policy at:

https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de .

7.2. Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. This enables Google to know that this website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google WebFonts is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the uniform presentation of the typeface on his website. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font is used by your computer.

You can find more information about Google Web Fonts at

https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq

and in Google’s privacy policy:

https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de .

  1. Partner Programs

8.1. Amazon Partner Program

On our website, we use the Amazon affiliate programme of the company Amazon.com, Inc. The data controllers within the meaning of the privacy policy are Amazon Europe Core S.à.r.l., Amazon EU S.à.r.l, Amazon Services Europe S.à.r.l. and Amazon Media EU S.à.r.l., all four located 5, Rue Plaetis, L-2338 Luxembourg as well as Amazon Instant Video Germany GmbH, Domagkstr. 28, 80807 Munich. Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH, Marcel-Breuer-Str. 12, 80807 Munich, Germany, will act as data processor. By using this Amazon affiliate programme, data from you may be transferred to Amazon, stored and processed.

The Amazon affiliate programme is an affiliate marketing programme of the online shipping company Amazon.de. Like every affiliate programme, the Amazon partner programme is based on the principle of commission. Amazon or we place advertisements or affiliate links on our website and if you click on them and buy a product through Amazon, we receive an advertising cost refund (commission).

As soon as you interact with Amazon’s products and services, Amazon collects information from you. Amazon distinguishes between information that you actively provide to the company and information that is automatically collected and stored. Active information” includes, for example, name, email address, telephone number, age, payment information or location information. So-called “automatic information” is primarily stored via cookies. This includes information on user behaviour, IP address, device information (browser type, location, operating systems) or the URL. Amazon also stores the clickstream. This refers to the path (sequence of pages) that you as a user take to reach a product. Amazon also stores cookies in your browser in order to be able to trace the origin of an order. In this way, the company recognises that you have clicked on an Amazon advertisement or an affiliate link via our website. If you have an Amazon account and are logged in while surfing our website, the collected data can be assigned to your account. You can prevent this by logging out of Amazon before browsing our website.

Personal data will be stored by Amazon for as long as is necessary for Amazon’s business services or is required for legal reasons. As the Amazon company has its headquarters in the USA, the data collected is also stored on American servers. You have the right to access and delete your personal data at any time. If you have an Amazon account, you can manage or delete data collected in your account. Another option to manage data processing and storage by Amazon is provided by your browser.
