IT Application Manager - Collaboration Tools (m/f/d)

Your Position

As one of the most successful e-commerce marketplace sellers in the world, we are growing at double-digit rates every year! To keep up with this we are strongly expanding our IT team and need you for our further company growth.

You are not only technically fit, but also have strong communication skills and solve problems with an understanding of the user's point of view? As the person responsible for our collaboration tools, you are our expert when it comes to administration, documentation, training and quality assurance of the various applications. At the same time, you test and communicate innovations and continuously develop our process standards.

The focus of your work will be:

  • When there are updates or innovations in one of our collaboration and project management tools and platforms, you will be responsible for the standardised and high-quality introduction and will be the contact person for our employees to help and advise them in case of problems.
  • You will create guidelines, user-, training- and technical documentation from the user's point of view and also conduct internal trainings and coachings yourself.
  • You will also be responsible for administration, which includes rights management, licence management and taking measures to ensure compliance with our security guidelines.
  • With your experience, comments and ideas, you drive a continuous improvement process in the use of the different collaboration tools in our departments

Your Profile

You love dynamic and growing work environments and want to play a decisive role in making KW-Commerce a leading global marketplace seller?

  • Successfully completed university degree, comparable training or relevant work experience - ideally with an IT or technical background
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of different collaboration and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Confluence, ...; knowledge in Amalyze and Amazon Sellercentral would be an advantage)
  • Very good technical and fast comprehension skills, as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working
  • Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is an advantage
